--These candidates are mostly picked up through campus from premier institutes (IITs).
-- Location availability: Very limited.
--Need to travel: Almost ZERO.
B. Technical Jobs : Manufacturing, Maintenance.
--These candidates are mostly picked up through campus from reputed institutes (NITs and likes).
-- Location availability: Remote locations (industrial areas).
--Need to travel: Very little.
C. Semi-technical jobs : Service, Installation.
--Hiring for these posts done locally through advertising, agencies, references.
-- Location availability: Mix.
--Need to travel: A lot.
D. Techno-commercial jobs : Purchase, Sales, Marketing.
--Hiring for these posts done locally through advertising, agencies, references.
-- Location availability: Mix (more in cities).
--Need to travel: A lot.
