Those were the final years of the last millennium and the first years of my career. Computers and internet were not easily accessible yet. While struggling, I (after great difficulties though) found "exploded view drawings" of some machines (FK Pumps, Auma Actuators, VRMs, Hydraulics etc) on net and they changed my life.  Suddenly, it became so easy. Today, more detail & tutorials are available for each & everything and in much advanced manners (videos & interactive animation & stimulation programs etc). Now everyone has access to the internet, much faster than it had been then.  <<< MY HUMBLE ADVICE TO THE FRESHERS >>>  You are a smart fellow. You have a smartphone (and most probably a laptop too) with internet. A: Use the above things. B: Do homework before interview.  C: Perform BGC* from your end too.
