Some recent calls and job-applications are making me really serious. They also made me think whether I am a out-dated or old-fashioned or both...
A fellow called me some minutes before. He was asking for a position of Sr. Engineer (3-3.5 Lacs).
He was talking really friendly.
When I said him to send me his latest biodata and asked whether he had my email-ID or not, he said "Issi me bhej dijiye" (He was, as I understood, telling me to send my email-ID on the number from which he had called).
I simply put off his call.
As an admin of a Job-portal, we receive hundreds of CVs daily and dozens of application. We can adjust with the quality of CVs but the cover-letters or messages are hopeless in 95% cases.
Most of the time, they just attach their CV and send blank message.
Are you searching for a job too? Please don't do such mistakes.
